| Subject: Consulate needs passport |

I applied to the buffalo office about 15 months back. my application is approved and they need my passport within 30 days. I will not be able to give it to them because i am in india right now on an emergency. also i will be going to the US consulate in india for my US work visa. what do i do? Immediate help/advise required !!!! Help !

Just wanted to ask you that did u apply under federal program and if yes did u have education from here b/c i also applied under federal program but my work expereince is not that much.How much points dod u had and did they call u for interview.

Dude, write to CIC explaining what you have written here make sure you only send a courier letter as you have proof that it has been received. Also fax a copy of the same to them and then once you are back in the US submit your passport for stamping.
There is nothing you can do in an emergency.
