Hi All,
Iam living and working in US.I have applied for Canada Imigration in July 2003. Now i got the letter for medicals/interview.
Can i sponsor my brother now who is working in India?
Can i sponsor for him even though iam in USA?
Which way can he get the imigration fastly..going thru me
or applying independently from India?
Waiting for the reply..urgent.

Hi,
my brother was going to sponsor me to immigrate to canada, but we were told that I have to be an orphan for that. So i don´t think you can sponsor brothers or sisters. But I could be wrong.......let me know if you find out different bcoz I also need advice on it!

normally you can not sponsor your brother unless it is under 22 years of age or unless he is dependant.
