I live in India and want to file my immigration.
I need some help for the Police verification.
I have lived for 6 months and then after a gap again for 3 months in USA.
1.How do i approach the FBI for the certificate.
I mean the address where I need to mail,the documents I need to send them etc..and anything else.
2.What proofs do I need to submit.
3.What will be the fees.
4.How long does it take to get this certificate from FBI
All the help will be greatly appreciated.

Naren,
If you have lived in the US for less then 6 months then you will not need a FBI certificate.
