| Subject: buffalo business app. going on 3 years!!!!!..help! |

I applied for bus. app in buffalo August´02..went to web site and found in process Nov´02..AOR..April´04.nothing until today and they said that due to high volume of apps. they are just starting to process Jan-May´02..i´m US moving to Canada..what type of time frame should i expect from this point? help!!!!..anyone..please!!!..also, where should i take my medical?..US or Canada?...i meet and exceed all requirements based on application..All my info.(600 pages) is in Buffalo..i´m frustrated,please ease my mind!!!!..thanks

i applied as self-employed - farm management with farm in canada and michigan for 20 years.
