Hi anonymous..Well today i have been getting the name´s of lawyer´s from Nova Scotia..I do have a bit of a problem in that i live along way from the big cities,,so it is not so easy for me in the middle of the winter time to drive so far to meet them,,exspecialy in my old clunker..lol...BUt i did find one lawyer who come´s close to my area 1 time in a week..So i am going to give him a call..I am not sure if he deal´s with immigration matter´s..I am here today trying to gather all my document´s that i feel is nessarcy to take with me when i meet to a lawyer..Hopefully in this next week,,i will find one...Was your lawyer a immigration lawyer,,,and by that,i mean someone who specialises in immigration case´s??...Hope your having a nice day there..Lily

nice to hear from you also let me know how much your lawyer is charging you i paid about 4000.00 canadian , one thing you have to make sure if its a lawyer or legal assitant

HI Anonymous..I will surely let you know what the cost is when i get a lawyer..There are many of them that is for sure..The lawyer i am going to get in contact with has been in practice for 18 year´s about..But i am going to send a email off tonight to him,to see if he has delt with any immigration case´s..So was your appeals case very difficult to proof??. Was it your lawyer who collected the proper information for your case??..I mean did he or she do research about the different rule´s of a marriage in your country,so he could use new information in yur case at the appeals hearing to prove your marriage was really,and genuine??..It would be interesting to meet you,,and to talk to you about these issue´s concerning both case´s..But as i never get to Toronto,,or even any where near there,that would be impossable...Hey,,did you hear any news concering your wife process??..How do you and her keep in contact??..It is very interesting to learn how other long distance relationships go about..Have a nice day..Lily

it was the simplest process no investigations of any kind was done with reference to the immigration go attend the interview thats your lawyer will prepare you for that , you are going in too much detail is there any way i can see your picture

we talk over the phone all the time , we write letters at this time i dont have an email address infact i do but its for office purposes , what do yu do for living , can i ask if you dont mind how old are you

WOW!!!..You had a arranged marriage..I know in India that is still done..But i must say i am surprised that sence you lived in Canada for 15 years that you had a arranged marriage..Was that what you wanted to do??..WOW!!..really i can not ever imagine to have a arranged marriage..How long did you know your wife before you got married? if you do not mine me asking you that??...Really i have always found that very interesting to think how could a marriage ever work out,if one has had a arranged marriage..I know the India culture is so very different then Canadian ways of life..and i soppose if the match is a good one,,then it will be fine..It would be very interesting to talk to you on the phone..But really the phone charges for me to call Toronto would be to much for me...
