I can make up 65 points.So what you guys suggest.Shall I take a chance. or there is no point

If you think that you will be able to convince CIC that you have some special skills so that you can establish yourself in Canada, then you should apply.

Do they generally provide opportunity for that like interview or straight way reject it

I have a friend who was evaluated with 72 points system and from his caips notes he found he got 71 points. Later he was asked to attend the interview and eventually was successful in getting immigration.

I am afraid by giving you this example, I am not mis-guiding you. Would appreciate if somebody else jump in here.

Try getting an opinion from a lawyer (in reply to: 65 points)
Can you explain how do you get 65 points... may be we can help you squeeze some points here and there ....

65 points is what you consider... may be the immigration officer can count more or may be even less... you should get a second opinion from a lawyer or consultant... A lot of them give free initial consultation...
