As per my knowledge, people who applied after aug 04 are receiving AOR after 3-4 months.Anybody who received it earlier than this please reply.It will be a valuable for so many people who daily post their concerns about AOR.Secondly what can be possible reason for sudden delay.Before sept 04 it used to take one month.

If you take a look at timeline of Buffalo at www.yogi799.com, you will find out there was a gap in Sep 2004, nothing was processed during the time.
