Hi all,
People who are requesting CAIPS note living in Canada with the valid work permit or study permit, need not pay $5.00 for processing CAIPS application. When you fill the information in CAIPS form, please write that you are a temporary resident and attach a photocopy of your permit. I sent $5.00 for CAIPS. But they sent back $5.00 money order with this explanation.

Thanks for the info. I was about to send 5 bucks with my application. Now as you said I won´t.
