Any idea as to how long (after medical) would PR be issued? Once medical notice is given, does it mean that interview will no longer be required anymore. Tnx - Chin

it is most probably waived. 2-3 months after medical

I have the same question posted before, and the answer was 4-8 months. I´m not sure.
