| Subject: points for 4 yrs bachelor degree |

I have a four years bachelor degree in engineering.So how many points will I get for eduction.According to CIC website
"You have a university degree of two years or more at the bachelor?s level and at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study". ---- 20 points
"You have a three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship and at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study." ----- 22 points
How can a diploma has more points than degree?

because canada needs more blue collar job workers and that´s the level of education for most of the vocational technical manpower. unlike you college boys, that mostly do only desk jobs in 8 hours daily format, very boring!
