| Subject: 3 years 11 month work exp |
I ahve work exp of 3 yrs and 11 months .So can they count it as 4 yrs and give me full points? or it is impossible

Just wait one more month...
Or if you dont want to do that then still apply... by the time the application goes thru it will have the 4 yrs of experience.
When they give the IA they ask for updated employment letters... and depending on the CIC post they will atleast take a few months so you should be okey and can claim points for 4 years work exp.
