Hi Anonymous..I have been at work today,so could not reply back to your post..Thank you so much for your offer to help..I really do appreciate it so much..My 2 brother´s have also asked me just a few weeks ago, that if i ever needed any financial help in any way, that they would also help me...But really,i do not need that kind of help..But i sure did thank my brother´s for thier sopport,,and i sure do thank you for offering your sopport to me..I consider myself so very lucky to have found a real nice friend like you..I live quite far from you,,so i would never expect any person to travel that far to meet me..But thank you just the same for that offer as well...Really,,your wife is a very lucky person to have been matched with you..I am sure she will be very happy in her new life here in Canada with you,,as you seem to be so very nice..Have you traveled back to India last year to visit her??..What part of India are you and your parents from?..Have you went back to India very many times sence the last 15 years that you have lived in Canada??..When i was in India,,i seen so many beautiful indian ladies..The beautiful ladies wearing saree, and dress ..Really,,almost hard to belive they looked so beautiful wearing this all,,and riding on the backs of those scooters,or motor bikes with thier husband´s..I bet your wife is probley quite beautiful as well..
I have been thinking, that probley my appeal case,,and your appeal case might be a bit different,,in that your marriage was arranged,,and my marriage was not arranged..Can you tell me what was it, that you had to prove at your appeal ADR meeting??...ok..Thanks again..Have a nice day there..Lily

Hi Anonymous...You said that your wife had to do her medicals over, and also police certificate..Has all this been sent to New Delhi??..If so,then really,,it should only be a few weeks after they recive all that information to finalize everything...I belive that AMY person on this forum, was told by that Canadian visa officer after his interview,,that it would only take 2 to 3 weeks for his medical, and police check, and then he would get his visa..I sure hope your wife gets her visa soon..When was the last time you seen your wife??...Did you make a return trip to India in 2004 to visit with her??..I am thinking maybe i will return to India in the fall of the year..That way it will not be so scorching hot there..I was there last year in april until may 7th for 5 weeks my stay was,,and wow,,it sure was hot,,I did get dehydrated, and quite sick the end of my first week..But it only lasted for a few days..But if i return in this year,,it will be later in the year,,maybe November or so..How often do you go back to India??..Bye for now....Have a nice day there..Lily

HI Anonymous..How are you??..Sorry i can not reply back to your post sooner,,but now i am back at work in the daytime..
You know,,i am thinking that soon your wife will get her passport back very soon,,stamped with her visa...If it has been 3 weeks sence she sent it,,should be very soon..I do not think that they will refuse her application again..I mean i know they can do that,,but i wonder how often they really do that....If you think about that,it would never look so good for a visa officer to refuse a application the second time..I mean if they are doing their job the first time, and are soppose to find all the concerns,,and refuse a application on those finds..Then what ever new thing could they say that they found a second time,,,i mean if they were so smart in doing thier job the first time..There should never be any other reason for them to refuse a second time..I will say one thing,,i do not know how a visa officer can refuse a application only on their presumptions,,when they do not even let a applicant respond to anything when they are being interveiwed, such in the case of my husband....Anyway,i am sure your wife will soon get her visa..What was the date of your ADR meeting,,and when did they send your case back to New Delhi??..You know really this all wait you are doing even after the appeals decision..If you are reading a few timelines on this forum,,you will see that some are getting thier visa less then 2 months from when New Delhi starts to process,,really it is so nice to see some getting their visa fast,,but also makes one so sad to think we have to wait for so long,,and then also even after your appeal decision it is still taking a long time for your wife to get her visa..Hey,,i have my finger´s crossed for you,,for good luck in hopes that soon your wife will get it in this next few weeks...Have a nice day there...Lily
