Subject: Criminal Rehabiliation (problem immigrating)
  Hi Everybody!

It would very grateful if anyone of the readers could answer or give me a insightful feedback on my situation. I lived in the states from 1998 to 2002. In 1998, I committed a misdemeanor ( Possession of Fasle I.D) to get a drink. I was charged with Class 1 misdemeanor and I paid 100 U.S dollar fine. Five years have elapsed since that offence. Will my permanent residence application be rejected? and would I be eligible for rehabilitation? and what is the success rate to get approved?

Best Regards,

Isam.
