Subject: Canadian Democracy (part 3)
I would like to add just my opinion for this conversation.

Taxes:
Without taxes there would be no roads, stadiums, public libraries, opera houses....even the most wealthy people in society benefit from this commong sharing. In all civilized cultures taxes are necessary, otherwise everyone would have to pay all themselves.

Immigration:
I found the following from the net and although is not from
this year, I think it does explain quite well the struggle CIC, many politicians, and Immigration staff are up against. Also some expenditures are better understood if you read this through.(All pages)

I believe that if you study carefully this link, you will also understand why parental sponsorhip is not a priority at the moment. Getting skilled workers in finally at some time in the distant future is a great concern, amongs all the temporary visas they get flooding in.

I don't understand .... (in reply to: Canadian Democracy (part 3))
Why are you saying taxes are not good. Nobody has said they are not good!!! . In many of those so-called Third world countries taxes have to be paid as well.
The issue we were discussing is that Imigrations is a good bussiness for the government.
