Subject: 52 weeks over
hi all ...buffalo started processing my application on march 8, 2004. 52 weeks are over and i have not heard anything from buffalo yet. should i get in touch with them regarding the status of my application ...or will that further delay the processing?

are there other forum members who are in the same situation as me ...please share your experiences.

We started processing Feb 4 2004. Our atty said that is very normal and that a wait through March-April is not unusual.

Checking now is too early.

They received my application on 27th March as per e-CAS, I have done my medical and waiting for PP request. You should ask the status of your application.

My Story with Buffalo... (in reply to: 52 weeks over)
I sent my application from Toronto on 12 March 2004 and Buffalo Office received it on 19th March 2004.

My AOR is stamped as of 14th April which I received around 20th March.

After then I got my IA and Medical request stamped as of 18 November 2004.

I complete my Medicals on January 13th 2005 and send the required documents on-around Feb 12th.

I sent my Landing fee last week and now waiting....

I hope it will take about May or so by the time I get the PP...

Just waiting and doing a countdown... But I dont know where to start...

Dude,

I have an Feb AOR, still waiting...

If any of you dudes know how to call/fax for status from cool guys at Buffalo please share.

E-status has never changed - even though I have done medicals, submitted all docs and ROLF way back in Jan 2005.

Zues,

We applied in Buffalo, and yes, we have heard nothing since doing meds, filing FBI, Thai Police, documents.
However, our attorney says that this is within normal range of time.

By the way, it is rare that CIC responds to faxes, especially when one considers that CIC Buffalo has six immigration officers dealing with close to 200,000 applications.

You will hear eventually. Keep patient and smiling.

long time (in reply to: 52 weeks over)
I think 52 weeks has already been a long wait for the AOR. You should ask the status of the application.
