Subject: NEED YOUR ADVISE PLS....
  Hello guys

I need your advise.

I am a Korean permanent immigrant, and have planed to proceed my wife´s immigration.

My wife is from UZBEKISTAN and living with me in Korea now.

I´ve planed to go back to Canada again to send my wife´s document, as it is impossible for permanent resident to procced wife´s visa processing in outside of Canada.

When I go back to Canada, my wife will go back to Uzbekistan at the same time and wait for her visa result there.

My question is....

After I apply for my wife visa in Canada, can I come back to Korea to see my wife until we get the result?

What country do you think my wife has to stay while she is wait for her visa? in Uzbekistan or Korea?

I don´t know which choice is the best.

which one??

1. my wife -> keep staying in Korea, Me -> come back to Korea after apply for her visa in Canada.

2. my wife -> keep staying in Korea, Me -> keep staying in Canada even after applying for her visa in Canada.

3. my wife -> going back to Uzbekistan and keep staying there until she get the visa result, Me -> keep staying in Canada after applying for her visa in Canada.

Which one do u think the best???

And one more question!!

I know that sponsor use the normal mail to apply for his wife´s visa in Missisaga, but, how CIC know if that sponsor is staying in Canada when he apply for wife´s document OR his friend in Canada send that document to Missisaga instead of sponsor and sponsor is still staying in ourside of Canada??

And about medical check, there is no medical center in Uzbekistan(I already checked in CIC site), then my wife can use her medical check in any country??

If someone knows the answer, pls HELP!!!

Best is for your wife to apply for a visit visa to Canada. Once you both are in Canada - then you should apply for her permanent visa.

Chances are she will get visit visa more likely before permanent visa is applied than after.

If her visa is denied (visit) you can apply from Canada. And yes you can visit her all you want. That infact will help support the claim that she is your wife.

The mailing stuff you ask may be possible but seems fishy. I mean why do all that - when you can simply do it correctly.

Call up consulate of Canada in Korea and find how to apply for visa for your wife. They may ask you to mail application from Korea itself.

Check on timeline on where you need to apply in Korea for spouse application and if filed in Canada - which is faster. It may be actually be faster to apply in Korea itself and you wait there until she gets her visa; if that is what you want.

I checked you are better doing it in Korea itself. Most of cases are finalized in 4-8 months unlike from Canada where it is taking almost a year.

Thank you for your advises all...

We already applied for her visiors visa two times in Korea, but, it was rejected.

That´s why I try to proceed my wife´s PR visa in outside of Canada.

Then it is possible for my wife to apply for her pr visa in third country(Korea)? of course she´ve lived in Korea for 2yrs.

Actually, we considered that we apply for her visa here. but, my wife is scared much Canada embassy in Korea to proceed her pr visa. because she thinks Canada consul in Korea doesn´t like her, as her visitors visa was already rejected two times.

And she thinks if we apply for her visa in Korea, it will take more time to get the result, as her ducument will be sent to Uzbekistan(exactly speaking Canada Embassy in moscos, as no Canada Embassy in Uzbekistan) first and it will be resent to Canada Embassy in Korea.

I don´t know yet, where we have to apply for her visa..

Pls... be advised!!!

According to the statistics she is better off submitting her visa in Korea.

If her medical and background check comes clean - there is no reason to deny her visa. This also holds from Canada application so actually there is no reason or difference.
