Dude,

Please give details. What went wrong during the interview? Where was the interview? Check your case with a lawyer. Maybe they can salvage it.

Court ordered CIC not to refuse affected applications (filed before 2002) until lawsuit is decided or settled. Thus CIC continues processing of those applications and is mailing passport requests to approved applicants, but doesn´t mail anything to those who´s applications are already rejected or ready to be rejected.

Well, it would be good idea to share with all of us the reason why you were refused since this will help us to be careful with our applications, just giving in the info that you were refused is not helping, I even doubt the authenticity of this Information

you have waited 5 weeks. That is not very long. When you get to 9 or 12 weeks I think it would be fair to start complaining. I doubt that there is any chance in the decision but it does take time to process letters and to mail them.

refusal letter too long (in reply to: Refusal Letter - why take too long to recieve?)
If i did not received til 12weeks that means i have a chance.?? I think it is big miracle for me if to have a chance because the officer directly saying that i will receive the said refusal letter. And he doesnt believed to my document because of many conflict information given. Anyway whatever happen I just trust the decision to God. Hoping touching the officer incharge for my papers. Me and my wife are very affected in this matter.pls do not hesitate to share if there is a case like mine..

I did not say you had a chance if it took 12 weeks. I said you should not be shocked if the refusal letter takes 12 weeks.

it does not sound hopeful.
