I am going to canada(toronto) in few weeks.I have a question .
When i submit my case my elder brother was in canada and i got 5 points and now he is in pakistan .When i got my lending paper that was mention on my lending paper that my brother will assist me but he is not in canada after geting his passport he came back to pakistan .
I wana ask you do my brother should be there at the time of my lending in canada.

Dont worry about that... the immi officers are not going to come and drop you home to see if your brother is in Canada or not...
Just say you have your brother there...
If your brother is a citien then he doesnt have to be present in Canada at the time of your landing...
He his own work too right... just say he is out of country for some work or something like that... it should not be a problem...
