The Evaluating Exam is for graduates of international medical schools. The lists of these schools are published annually by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Medical Education Directory (IMED). Success at this examination is one of the conditions required for entrance to the Qualifying Examination of Council except for graduates holding a diploma from a medical school accredited by the Committee on Accreditation of Canadian Medical Schools or the Liaison Committee on Medical Education of the U.S.A.

It is foolishness to think that u will get Residency position even after passiong MCCEE,Q1,Q2 and TOEFL.If you have half a million $ in saving and can wait and try for 6 years and ready to take many many more exam and assessments then come to Canada and try your luck.

First thing is passing the exams.
Once you pass the exams, then look for job in far areas not in Toronto or big cities.
