My question is , if I get the passport request from Buffalo then how much maximum time they give to sent them the passport for Visa.

no more than 4 business weeks. BTW, why did not you sent your Landing Fee to buffalo at the same time as your medical was done? If so, you should get your visa by now. ^_^; When did they ask for your landing fee?
