Who Should I contact If I want to apply for Canadian Immigration visa? Do I have to contact Canada government or I need a lawyer or some kind of representative? Can I get some response from people who immigrated recently? I hear it is hard to get Canda Immigration visa, ist that true? Thanks a lot, Migrena

You can do either. You do not necesserily need a lawyer or anybody else. You can prepare your papers by yourself. Go to Canada Government web site and and search for immigration. You should be able to find the form or application and apply. However, if you do go with lawyers you will save a lot of time and it might be faster since they know the shortcuts.

Visit Canada Government Immigration web site, they should have a toll free 1800 number. Just call them directly and ask. I don´t know the web site off top of my head but I am sure you would be able to find it easy on the internet.
