(in reply to: Vancouver Car Insurance) come on, just check icbc.ca
there are tons of options.
depend on your car, city, claim record
I can only tell you my situation. My area is cheaper than lower mainland, we are Sunshine coast region, much less traffic.
I have B.C class 5, clean record.
1986 toyota corolla FWD, 2 million third liability.
I don´t have any coverage to my own car. Still I am too young, ICBC charges me 98 dollars/month for just basic coverage.
If it´s Vancouver, you are looking at somewhere between 120--150 for my car

(in reply to: Vancouver Car Insurance) I was studying ICBC site, and many insurance company sites. I was unable to get a quote. At least I got some idea from your post. I have BC class 4 lisence, had an accident in Vancouver about nine years ago. No accidents since then, and in UK I received 2 years of no claims bonus. Since it does not depend from the model or make of the car, this should be sufficient info for basic insurance. So I guess it is now 120-150$(BC has government car insurance ...so the amount does not depend on insurance company offers). It was around 100 per month ten years ago so I just wanted to know how much it has increased by now.
