Hi,
I know I have posted this question before. But I wanted to be sure about this point.
My application is being processes in the skilled worker class in Buffalo.
I have just recived the landing fee request 7 months after the IA.
Does this mean that my case is basically processed and I am done or is there anymore uncertainity.
also once I send the fees in how much time can I expect the PP request.

the request for ROLF means you are through the IA. if you do not remit within the required time, they will assume you are nolonger interested in Immigration. the next steps are medical (you do not mention if you have done your medical) and background check. once these are done they will request your passport. if you do not clear your medical or background check, they return your ROLF.

I thought the background check was over. That is why they have asked for the fee and this request for fee has come 7 months after the IA and medicals. Yes I have finished the medicals and I know that they received the medicals.
i was thinking that they have done the background check in the last 7 months.
also do u know how much more time for the PP request.

if they have the medicals, then it is just the background check. (different than the police clearance you provided with your application) You will notice on this forum there is a wide range of waits for the final police clearances. depends on your home country, etc. I wish we could tell you about the wait, but our answer would be nothing more than a guess. I am not familiar with your embassy. maybe someone else can shed some light for you.

You have waited for 15 months. So wait two more weeks and see if you get your PP request. Nobody can answer like a God, you know it better.
