Subject: left study and then take admission
  hi!
i want to know that, if a boy left regular education after matric in 1998, and then he completed some sort of diploma of 1 year in 2000, and then he take admission in a tecnical collage(a course of 3 year) as a regular student in 2002 and upto so on...
My question is that, is this boy will be count as a regular student in family class immigration from pakistan or not?.
other question is that, is a boy must be a regular student before age 22 or must be regular after 22 as well?. or must be regular till the visa issue?. help please.
Note: his sister sponsered his parents and he is going with them. He will be 22 after 6 months.

you must not be liking our answers. you have asked the same question 3 times in different ways.
-we have suggested your sister talk with an immigration consultant.
-we have advised that family sponsorships are moving very slowly because of quota restrictions and you could be waiting up to 5 years to immigrate.
-we have told you what the rules say about being an active student at the time of application and during final assessment.

what more do you want? are you trying to have us tell you that there is no problem... you can come? we cannot tell you that. You are 21.5 years old without a lot of post highschool education and no work experience. You are not a full time student - so what is there to talk about???? what do you think you will do for work when you come to Canada?
