Hello everyone,
I applied for citizenship last year, took the test in april this year and now I got a letter saying that I need to come in for an interview with the judge. I have several questions
1 Can I postpone my interview, if I can what is the procedure I was unable to find it?
2 If I make any false statements in front of the judge, other than refusing me to grant citizenship, does the judge have any authority to put me behind bars for having two residencies.
3 Will it make a difference if I take a lawayer with me, if he goes with me will he be answering the questions?
Your quick response would be appreciated.
Thanks.
