Hi all,
Does anyone know if a Consulate of Canada verify (by telephone call, fax or simple letter) an applicant´s work experience references for PR?
I mean, has anyone received a telephone call by one of their ex-companies from the Consulate?

Yes they do in general. That can be a visit, a call, or even a letter.

I had today telephone call from (one university!!!) that I do not know them , they ask me many thinks,about my job..
my income and many other question.
I appleid from Germany .
Have you had the same telephone call?
did they told you who they are?
can you please tell me what kind of telephone call you had?
