Subject: my e-client says we don't recogonize ur informatio
  Dear All,
Recently I tried to log to check my status in e-client and it says we couldn´t find the information you provided!!!. I used to log to my e-client and works fine. I dont´know what happened and I´m sure the information I entered were right? does the service suspended or what?

In your last visit to e-client you might have checked
Please don´t show my application status on the Internet.
option and submited. This disables you to access e-client status.

I didn´t disable it ofcourse but I used to write my full name when only LASAT NAME is required!!! now it works fine when I only type my last name.
Hope you will find a solution for that.

Are you sure you are providing correct immigration information? You might be misspelling something, or check that they have it spelled correctly as well.
