| Subject: US Citizen-live in windsor-work in detroit? |

Hello all,
Is it possible to be a US citizen and live in Windsor and still commute to Detroit to work everyday? I know there are plenty of canadians who work in detroit. a couple of questions:
1. i can go to canada without a visa for 180 days. since i´ll be working everyday, won´t that continue to reset my 180 day period everytime i cross the border?
2. what are the tax implications of living in one country and working in another?
3. what does it take to rent an apartment in canada? do they have something similar to the social security number?
4. anything else i should consider?
