When did you send your Right of Landing Fee?

My time-line is almost the same as yours and I´m waiting for my passport request as well.

E-Status does not show anything else than that they began processing my file in Feb 2004

I think you have to wait couple of months more before getting PP request. Now Dec 2003 / Jan 2004 AOR are getting PP requests.

I have same timeline as fsc. I faxed for status on March 2. I recvd a letter on Mar 8 with a note stating "Will be issusing Passport Requests shortly. Regards, Immigration"
What "shortly" is, is anyone´s guess. I will be optimistic and hope that it is within 3 weeks!

God knows. I have faxed them three times and no reply from them. If it means PP request for all who applied in Jan 2004 and all is clear then it is good.

March 2004 AOR - I would not expect PPR before April 15.
