hi every one there,
i m rakesh from india there is a pethatic story about me, i need that some one shold help me in this condition plz.
i was in canada around yers back on marrige bassis
it was a real marrige(arrangement).but due to some reasons we were aparted,n i was alone there and fallen sick.Dr asked me u can not stay alone , u need company of some one else.then i came back to india n then my parents did not allow me to go back there.
now i m married again four years back n have a kid can i reenter in canada

Hi Rakesh,
Sorry to hear your story, but unfortunately you cannot reenter Canada. Since its already been 4 years, your PR Card would have already expired and also you maintain your PR you need to stay 2 years in Canada for every 5 years.
You need to apply for a PR again.

Definitely that will play a role in your new PR application process, whether it will be good or bad depends on the validity and reason you left that country and trying to enter back again.

Hi mili,
I am Arun and I had one year VISA and work permit and that was expired on Jan 16-2008 and I ve applied for work permit and got that one for upto 2010. now i ve only work permit and it was written that " this does not authorize re entry". what it means do i have to get any visa stamping in my passport apart from this work permit. actually i am planning to go to India in June for one month vocation. Do i need to get VISA stamping if so, where should I apply.

Hello
I got my PR stamped and I am residing in India right now. I have not yet admitted in to Canada for the first time. May I apply for Work Permit from India? My plan is if I get the WP, then I can search for a job from India itself and directly can land in the place where i get job over in Canada. Pls advice...

I got PR visa at the end of aprial 2009, after getting it i came back to india now i m planning to go back again after a year so my main query is can i live outside canada more than 6 month ? s per my knowledge for maintaining PR status i have to stay 2 year outof 5 year sothat i m planning to go there after a year only. pls advise me, its urgent
