Dear friend,

I am in a contact with an attorney, who is in Toronto.

He is saying that Im scoring 69 points, based on his evaluation

He has two types of agreements,.
The second one is " Pay after you get P.R"
If I get P.R. I have to pay to him 3000 CAN$

he said that I have to sign the agreement, he will send me via regular mail to sign the agreement, because I am outside Canada.

Does anyone had experienced this kind of agreement.

If I get papers I dont care, I can pay 3000$. thats not a big issue.
But Im scared to whom I am giving money

I would try a serious lawyer first. I would try Mr. David Cohen or Mr. Colin Singer? I know those two are serious. Both have free online assessment and they won´t tell you lies.
Good luck!

This is how most of the attorneys work...

They will only take your case if they know that you can score the required 67 + points...

No attorney wants to take you case if he/she knows that you wont make the pass marks... First, because its a wasts of their time, Second is that the success ratio of what most boost of being 100% guarantee and 99.9% guarantee... they dont want to hurt them...

So if an attorney say that they can fetch you the required 67 points then it is likely that you can do the application yourself and try avoiding the paying any attorney fees... the process is really simple...

One more thing... if the attorney promises you to make your 67 points even if you have calculated less then that then there hs to some something fishy there...

Chances are that this attorney may be manapulating the system, or using its contacts to show fake appointment letters from Canadian employer or anything like that... possibilities are unlimited...

So my advise at the end will be just be careful in what you do...

Good luck in your decision...
