original English transcript must be notarized?

Subject: original English transcript must be notarized?
Skilled Worker Class immigration,
original English transcript issued by an education institution in a non-English country.
do i have to get it notarized? or just officially seal it?

unless your transcripts is non-English, otherwise, should be fine, my one is issue in English, therefore , I didn´t notarize, seems fine

Notarized only if you are sending a copy. If original, it´s ok. It has nothing to do with the Country of origin. If they were non-english, you have to send a oficial translation (not notarized).

The transcripts have to be in a sealed envelop so you cannot open them.

If you know that they are in a language other then English or French then you will have to get it translated and the translated copy has to accompany the seal or a letter confirming that the translation is true to their knowledge...

Its just official formalities...
