Skilled Worker Class immigration,
original English transcript issued by an education institution in a non-English country.
do i have to get it notarized? or just officially seal it?

(in reply to: original English transcript must be notarized?) Notarized only if you are sending a copy. If original, it´s ok. It has nothing to do with the Country of origin. If they were non-english, you have to send a oficial translation (not notarized).

(in reply to: original English transcript must be notarized?) The transcripts have to be in a sealed envelop so you cannot open them.
If you know that they are in a language other then English or French then you will have to get it translated and the translated copy has to accompany the seal or a letter confirming that the translation is true to their knowledge...
Its just official formalities...
