Could any one please let me know what to fill in the
"date file submitted" column of the enquiry form sent by CIC with AOR.Actually, I wish to update them but don´t know which date to fill in that column

It should be the date mentioned on your AOR letter that you got from CIC.

Or the date on the receipt of the processing fees.
