I have a question, it might seem silly, but I really need to ask it out!!!
When the Immigration office cashs in the check 1525$ (processing and visa fees) does that mean your application has been accepted or not? because I know the Check has been chashed in, but I haven´t got any letter from them, no AOR!!
PS: I am selected to Quebec so I am only suposed to be checked on my secutiy background and my health situation..
Cheers

(in reply to: I have a question, it might seem silly, but I...) AOR may be issued or might be in process of issuance. Cashing of draft is good - it means your app is under review.

(in reply to: I have a question, it might seem silly, but I...) Obtaining your CAIPS file will help you to understand your situation.

(in reply to: I have a question, it might seem silly, but I...) Well I thought the Quebec procedure and requirements are pretty easier than the federal one, as an example: the work experience and funds required:
Quebec 6months and 3000$
Canada: 1year and 10000$
so if u do speak French, I think you would have pretty good chances to get it through Quebec..
good luck
