| Subject: FBI Clearance |

I was curious as to what do they check with the FBI. We have our interview in detroit soon and I am a little worried because about 4 years ago, my husband was charged for a misdiminor (I am sorry if I spelled the word wrong, he was drunk driving and caused an accident). Is that going to show on the FBI report or do they show only really serious offenses. (I am not saying this is minor).
Would this be graund for refusal?

They basically check for Arrest Records...
If he was not arrested then it should be fine...

I am not sure then... Better check with a lawyer or so... there are a lot of lawyers who give free initail consulatation...
Some of them also visit this forum... you may get lucky sometime to hear from them...
I know... I did... three times... and I cant thank them enough...
