| Subject: very few people receved aor in sept-nov 04 |
As per my analysis on yogi and personal contacts,nobody received AOR in sept, oct and nov. 04 from buffalo (skilled worker category).So I beleive that after july it will straight way jump to december.If anybody received aOR in that period please reply.It will improve understanding

I´m not entirely sure what you mean. Buffalo received my application August 4, 2004 (Skilled Worker) My AOR is dated September 30, 2004. I received it about October 5, or almost exactly 2 months after I mailed it.

Dude... they have to release the AOR´s for everyone... This is just a way to inform up about the file number... how can the CIC office just forget to send AOR for 3 months...
if not forget then just avoid it... its just impossible...
They have to send the AOR´s...
