i applied for immigiration under skilled worker catageory in November 2004 CIC Islamabad. Recieved AOR in December 2004. I am trieng to check status of my application through e-Client Application Status but after putting the required information i recieved the following reply:
We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:
Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not begun processing it yet.
Can anyone assist me what should i do now, i am sure that i always enter the correct information. Second reason appeals me more that they have received my application but not begun processing it yet.
Please help me how can i check my applications status in this situation

Same thing happened to me before but after a few months i was able to login. Don´t rely too much with e-CAS because it´s outdated.

Please guess to put family name because they use their own criteria for putting E-Cas Surname/Family Name:
example..
NAME :Syed Mazhar Ali Shah.
sometimes they use "SYED" in Surname/Family Name in
e-CAS.. But some times they usually put "SHAH"
in Surname/Family Name
Please try to find out and try putting names again and again to access your E-CAS.

u can always check with the visa post concerened!! fax them and let them know if the problem persists....
