undertaking issues (in reply to: answers for some of the questions)
my question is that.. my sponsor previously sponsored her spouse. and she gave undertaking at the time of permanent resident. but she dovorced 4 yeas back through court order. now she got married with me and apply my case.. Mississauga aproved my case and i also got quebec selection certificate from quebec. cuz she lives in quebec. Islamabad Immigration regect my case. the reason is that her previous husband is going to take a social assistence. and my sponsor is a default of previously undertaking. now i m too worried what should i do now. even my sponsor did not allow to the social assistance department to give him a social assistance. but they said we will give him assistance so i don´t know what should we do now. cuz she is alone there. so plz guys help me out.
