Subject: GOT IT!!!!!
  Wife got PR card is now in Canada. Timeline, July 27/04 submitted paperwork, December/04 I got approval as sponsor and spouse´s paperwork forwarded to CIC-Vienna. Feb/05 approved and march/05 arrived.
Don´t know how or why it happened so quick.
