Is it possible to change the mailing address through E-Client instead of faxing them the document.

You can change the address online but I wont trust the system...
I did change the address online but Buffalo office did not get the change and they kept sending me my mails at old address...
I lost about 3 months of the process due to this error...
I had to fax the address change document and now things are all fine...
I´d say do both... FAX the address change as well as do it online...

AOR gives you only two option, fax or letter, no e-tool ok?!
