| Subject: Need for Funds in bank account continuosly ?? |

I have a query. I just sent in my application for skilled immigration from New Delhi India in Feb 2005. I showed the required settlement funds while submitting the application. I am now planning to do 2-year MBA program in India for which I am planning to utilize part of the funds. Now, the average time for canadian processing from India is 58 months( as per the website) and as per the AOR, they will start processing my appln in abt 33 months. Now, my question is : Is it necessary for my to have the funds in the bank during every month from now onwards till the application is processed?? Or can I use those funds for my studies and then re-plenish the account later when the time for them to start processing my application draws near.??
Please let me know your thoughts on this.... if i need to show it continuously, i would need to take a loan with interest.. which i want to avoid for the first year at least.

they can ask for proof of funds anytime throughout the process... even several times. they usually want 3 months of bank statements. If they suggest you have a long wait before IA then you could perhaps lend yourself the fund but once they are in the assessment process you would not want to risk it.
