(in reply to: e-cas satisfaction report) It is relay odd that poll results show high level of satisfaction for the e-CAS service. It is a useless tool that provides no information other that ?We started processing your application on ??? If you are really lucky it will show ?Medicals received on ?? just a couple of weeks before you get your PP. However it does mention that ?University graduates, Internet and computer experts, respondents residing outside of Canada and sponsorship applicants were the least satisfied with their questions being answered.? Which I suspect means that most likely that survey polled a large number of people that do not understand English (Surely we can see a lot of them around this forum, no offense intended) who just kept answering yes for questions they do not understand. Thanks to those idiots CIC is now convinced that e-CAS is a superb service and we loose any hope of improving the service.
