CIC Buffalo
March 04
Med Dec 04
Interview waived.
ROLF Paid : March 04
I am in US on H1 B visa and hoping to get my PP request :-)soon. Can anybody explain how to land and get the PR in details. I don´t want to quit my current job and still would like to maintain my PR status (if I will get one).
Also, if I get a PP request can I go to Buffalo to stamp my visa?

Dude, as we hear it will take about 3 months for PP request for come.
Yes, you can go in person to get it stamped once the request comes in.

i applied in jan 2004 and is still waiting for pp request. it would be a long time to wait. first get pp request then consider what you can do next.

does it show on your eCAS website "Medicals reports have been received". If so,I think it might come earlier than 3 months since medicals are already done.
