Here is my timeline of application filed at Buffalo under skilled worker category:
12/2003 Applied
2/2004 AOR
6/2004 sent proof of fund and other docs
2/2005 IA (interview waived)
My question is: anyone has the similar timeline to mine? The reason I am asking is that my IA came very late, 12 months after AOR, compared to others who applied at the same time and received IA around October of last year.

Your IA came late possibly because you sent in your Proof of funds almost 6 months after applying. But I guess al is okay now.

True dude...
Why send them so late? Did you just send them at a later date or the consulate asked you for them?
I guess we all are in same boat. I applied in Jan 2004 - have completed all steps but waiting for passport request...

I only sent the application forms first. At that time, my understanding was that I could send other documents a few months later because CIC wouldn´t start reviewing my case that fast. So I sent the documents in June, 2004. Possiblly it is the reason why my IA came late. Anyway, I did my medicals in Feb. and just sent the FBI report last week. When you think the PP request would come?
