I am from Mexico and Iam student here in Canada and I´ve been coming and going for the last two years I joined a canadian bank account with my girlfriend and my status its pretty clear. but now we are thinking to take next step.
Do I have to leave the country and apply or she can can apply and how much time this thing will take us.
pls could you help me there are some many questions and I dont where can I start???

u can apply frm within canada and fr that she has to be approved fr sponsorship!
sponsorship frm outside takes less time as compared to sponsorship frm indside canada!
