If you´re a regular CBC News viewer, then you know Julie Van Dusen from Ottawa bureau. She doesn´t know how to take no for an answer. She´s got sources and knows how to work them. Now what we want to do is put her to work for you. Here´s the deal. If you´ve got a problem with government, bureaucracy, or red tape, get in touch. If you´ve tried the regular channels without success, here´s your second chance. If you want to know how something works or why it doesn´t, Julie will try to find out.

(in reply to: CIC red tape) they will only air questions that they think have common interest in the answer from across Canada. Most of our CIC questions are coming from outside the country. Not sure how your plan would work - but it is worth a try.
