I´m in the entrepreneur class.Could have been in the investor class too but since I want to start up a business anyway, I don´t see the point in investing 400.000 CAd without any intrest at all for 5 years.
In order to make it as an investor you need to have net assets of at least 800.000 Cad, if you accumulated that amount I´m sure you can read and write and do some research yourself.

yes john i have net assets of more than 800,000,but the thing is in enterprenur category you have a condtional visa and if arent succesful you might be deported.Hey dud how much time it took from submiting your application to land in canada..give me a complete timeline

Well if you can have assets of over 800 K, then why don´t you do economy a favor - get a lawyer to do it for you. This forum is for us struggling immigrants....
Maybe you can think of donating some of your thousands for the development of this web-site. For that I´d do your taxes for free!!

I´m still in process myself, since Oct ´04, through Paris.Just back from Canada where I had a meeting with some ministry people who I explained my businessplan to.They seemed to like it and will probably give a positive advice to Paris .This might speed things up.I´m anticipating an overall waiting time of between 15 and 20 months, if it´s longer than that I´ll go on a temporary workpermit.
And yes , it is conditional, but conditions are very basic and not hard to meet.
