i am a 32 year old pharmaciest and i applied for the immigration begining of march and i recieved the AOR on the 9th of march 2005 i need help to knwo the average time frame for people that are simmilar to my situation and from egypt ..

in 2004 applications were taking 22-30 months to complete. While you are waiting, you should find out what sort of licensing you will need to practice your profession in Canada so you can be prepared and prehaps do some work in advance.

I am from Egypt too and I have applied to Cairo office. It took me about 20 month to get the final approval. However, it depends on so many factors like your security back ground, funds, speciality, family size, interview. Anyway, they are very helpful in Egypt and the case goes very smooth.
