| Subject: OPT expires in July what is going to happen. |

Please help!
Now I am F1 student with OPT .However, my OPT will expire in July 05,so far I still can`t find a company as sponsor to help me to change my statu to be H1. Now I am worried about : if CIC would ask me to submit update working documents, what am I going to submit? If I can not provide any other new update documents , such as working permit or legal permit for staying in USA after July 05, what is going to happen?

When OPT expires, you´ll be out of status. You will have to either get your H1, start another degree, or go home.

Out of status means I will be failed to apply for immigration ?
I remember someone told me that CIC still process my case even I go back my home. Is it true?

Hey Rock,from what I understood if you return back to your home country and if you inform CIC about it(which u should do) your file will be trasfered to Canadian consulate in your home country.Hope this helps.
