Hi Hi,
The easiest way to get spousal sponsorship forms is to request them directly through the CIC website. The webpage for ordering ´In-Canada´ spousal sponsorship forms is:
http://www.canadapost.ca/tools/docp/CIC/bin/spouse-e.asp
You will simply need to fill in your information (Name, Address, City, Province/Territory, & Postal Code) and select the number of applications you would like to receive. I recommend asking for 2 applications to be sent to you just so you have an extra in case you make a mistake filling out the forms.
